Summary

The Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas affirmed G.W. Green's capital murder conviction and death sentence, holding that the trial court properly excluded jurors who would automatically vote against the death penalty, that the law of parties cannot be applied to the special issues under Art. 37.071(b), and that the evidence was sufficient to support the jury's findings on all three special issues.
