Summary

The court rejected Walker's challenges to voir dire, the sufficiency and weight of the evidence, the admission of statements and physical evidence, several jury instructions, and sentencing-phase prosecutorial comments. It concluded that most claims were procedurally barred and, alternatively, that the alleged errors lacked merit or were harmless in light of the extensive evidence, including Walker's repeated confessions.
