Summary

The Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed the convictions and consecutive sentences of David Earl King and Nathan Paul King for conspiracy to commit sexual battery, sexual battery, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The court held that most claims were waived or procedurally barred, and alternatively found no reversible error in the discovery rulings, admission of pornography and rebuttal evidence, jury procedures, suppression ruling, jury instructions, verdict, or sentences. The court also held that the evidence against both defendants was sufficient and that any instructional or evidentiary error was harmless.
