The court held that the Trainas' sporadic entries and 2007 boundary-line fence did not constitute an ouster interrupting the Gallos' exclusive adverse possession of the land beneath their retaining wall, decorative stone wall, and burning bush, and that the Gallos' open, notorious, and adverse use of the western portion of the Iannalfo easement strip extinguished Susan Traina's claimed easement over that area. Because the Trainas, as appellants, failed to demonstrate reversible error, the judgment was affirmed.
