The court held that Nevada's assault statute permits a separate conviction for each person whom the defendant intentionally places in reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm. Because the evidence showed that Deamicis intentionally caused two park rangers to fear imminent harm by brandishing a knife, the two assault convictions were authorized and supported by the evidence. The court therefore affirmed the judgment of conviction.
