Summary

The court held that the contractor's commercial general liability policy unambiguously excluded coverage for damage to concrete slabs that had to be repaired or replaced because of defective work performed by the contractor or its subcontractors. The products-completed operations hazard provision did not restore coverage because no other property was damaged and no third person was injured. The court therefore reversed the court of appeal and reinstated the trial court's summary judgment for the insurer.
